Chantemar is a beautiful community of 224 homes in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, CA.  The neighborhood was initially built in the early-mid 1980s as a mixture of custom-built and  production built (by JM Peters) homes.  After the 2003 Cedar Fire swept through Scripps Ranch, many homes in our neighborhood had to be rebuilt. Today,  Chantemar continues to be a thriving family community. We invite you to tour our neighborhood on the web and in person.

Common Facilities

Chantemar's common facilities consist of a large pool and spa, tennis courts, and rolling greenbelts and parks spread throughout the community.
